This Privacy Policy explains how NextGen Longevity Health ("NextGen Longevity Health," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information through nextgenlongevityhealth.com (the "Site").

Please read this alongside our Terms of Use and Medical Disclaimer.

1. Two different sets of rules apply

This is the most important thing to understand about privacy on this Site.

Information you submit through this Site — a consultation request, a question, your contact details — is governed by this Privacy Policy. At that stage you are an inquirer, not a patient, and no clinical relationship exists.

Information generated once you become a patient — anything you share with a provider during a clinical encounter, your health history, diagnostic results, treatment records — is protected health information governed by federal and state health privacy law, including HIPAA where applicable. That information is covered by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide before or at the start of care. This Privacy Policy does not govern it.

We keep these separate on purpose. Please do not use this Site's forms to send medical details.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit a consultation request or otherwise contact us, we collect:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number (optional)
  • Program of interest
  • Preferred contact time
  • Anything you choose to write in the free-text field
  • Your consent selections, and the date, time, and IP address at which you made them

Providing a phone number is optional. Providing consent to be contacted is required in order for us to respond, because we have no other way to reach you.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and analytics tools may collect:

  • IP address and approximate geographic region
  • Browser type, operating system, and device type
  • Pages viewed, time on page, and referring URL
  • Date and time of access

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the Site may not function correctly if you do.

Advertising and analytics trackers

Some pages on this Site are organized around specific health topics. We do not deploy third-party advertising or social media tracking pixels on our program pages or library articles. Our website analytics are configured so that page-level browsing data is not shared with advertising networks or used to build advertising profiles.

The service providers we use are listed in Section 6.

3. What we do not collect

We do not knowingly collect through this Site:

  • Social Security numbers
  • Payment card numbers
  • Insurance identifiers
  • Diagnostic results, laboratory values, or clinical records
  • Information from anyone under 18

If you send us any of the above through a Site form, we will delete it once we have addressed your inquiry, and we may ask you to resend it through a secure channel.

4. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your consultation request or question
  • Contact you by the method and at the time you indicated
  • Determine whether our programs are an appropriate fit for what you are looking for, and tell you if they are not
  • Send you educational or promotional communications, only where you have separately consented to receive them
  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use

We do not use the content of your inquiry for advertising targeting.

5. We do not sell your personal data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

We do not sell sensitive personal data, including health-related data, under any circumstances.

6. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, and only to the extent needed for them to perform that function:

These providers are contractually limited to using information only as necessary to provide services to us.

We may also disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or court order; to protect our legal rights or the safety of any person; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you.

7. Data security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the Site, including encryption in transit and access controls limiting who can view submissions.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Email and web forms are not secure channels for medical information. This is why we ask you not to send any.

If a security breach affecting personal information of Florida residents occurs, we will provide notice as required by the Florida Information Protection Act, Fla. Stat. § 501.171, and any other applicable law.

8. How long we keep information

We retain consultation requests for 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law.

We retain records of your communication consent for as long as we rely on that consent, plus five years afterward, in order to demonstrate compliance with telephone and messaging laws.

If you become a patient, your clinical records are retained under the record-retention requirements applicable to healthcare providers in the relevant state, and are governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices rather than this policy.

9. Your choices and rights

Regardless of where you live, you may:

  • Ask what we hold. Email support@nextgenlongevityhealth.com and we will tell you what information we have associated with you.
  • Ask us to correct it. We will fix inaccuracies you identify.
  • Ask us to delete it. We will delete your inquiry record unless we are required to retain it.
  • Withdraw consent to be contacted. See Section 10.
  • Opt out of marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these choices. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within 45 days.

Residents of certain states have additional statutory privacy rights. If you believe you have such rights, contact us at support@nextgenlongevityhealth.com. We will honor any request we are legally required to honor, and generally will honor requests we are not.

10. Withdrawing consent to calls, texts, and email

You can stop hearing from us at any time.

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
  • Phone calls: tell whoever calls you, or email support@nextgenlongevityhealth.com.
  • Email: click unsubscribe, or email support@nextgenlongevityhealth.com.
  • Everything: email support@nextgenlongevityhealth.com with "remove me" and we will suppress your record entirely.

Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.

11. Children

The Site is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact support@nextgenlongevityhealth.com.

12. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

13. Where we operate

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where the change is significant, post notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
